However, if a donation is made in error due to a technical transaction mistake (such as duplicate charging or unauthorized transaction), donor refund requests will be reviewed. Such refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the transaction date, and refunds will be processed at the sole discretion of Aakar Social Ventures after verifying with Razorpay.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using this website to engage in any fraudulent activity, transmit malicious software, post defamatory content, or violate any applicable laws and regulations.
