PILLAR ONE

Capacity Building

Through our contextualised and intensive Training of Trainers model, we build the capacity of community leaders, frontline workers, and peer leaders to become powerful agents of change in menstrual health and community awareness. Equipped with the knowledge, tools, and leadership skills, these change champions lead inclusive and interactive awareness programs in regional languages, ensuring that learning is understood, relatable, accepted, and acted upon.

Community & Institutional Engagement

Our work across communities and institutions is rooted in inclusion bringing together women and girls, boys, families, teachers, and community members to build a supportive ecosystem across genders. We move beyond awareness to real life adoption, ensuring that knowledge is not just shared, but practiced and sustained. By enabling open conversations, reinforcements, and collective participation, we help change behaviors, shift norms, strengthen support systems, and create environments where change is understood, accepted, and owned. Because lasting change is strongest when it is led by communities themselves.

Creating supportive ecosystems where lasting behaviour change can thrive. By engaging women and girls, boys, families, educators, and community members, we foster open dialogue, challenge stigma, strengthen support systems, and enable the adoption of healthier practices that are understood, accepted, and sustained by communities themselves.

PILLAR THREE

Design & Innovation

We design programs with communities, informed by research, field assessments, and continuous data insights. Built in regional languages and rooted in cultural context, our solutions are scientifically validated to ensure they are understood, trusted, and adopted. Through innovative and engaging activities, we make learning relatable, enjoyable, and easy to apply in everyday life.

AI for Her

Under our She Leads with AI initiative, we build technology that creates access, knowledge, economic independence, and scale. Designed for real life, our tools reach women and girls at the last mile. Our AI systems are simple and accessible, built for low resource settings and everyday use, enabling confidence and informed decision making.

AI to Learn

AI to Learn creates a safe and private space where girls and women can access menstrual, sexual, and reproductive health information without hesitation, fear or stigma. Available in local languages and designed for ease of use, it supports voice and chat, making it accessible even for first time users.

AI to Earn

AI to Earn enables women to build economic independence. It strengthens women entrepreneurs with the knowledge and tools to manage their work, track demand, access menstrual care product supply, and grow their income with confidence.
